Our inspections are performed in accordance with the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice of National Association of Home Inspectors, Inc. (NAHI) and usually take about two to three hours to complete. The inspection is a thorough examination of the foundation, framing, interior, exterior, roof, attic, basement and/or crawl space and also includes the plumbing, electric, heating and air conditioning systems. Swimming pools, hot tubs and lawn sprinkling systems are inspected if not winterized.

Clients are encouraged to be present at the inspection to examine the property again and be available to ask questions at the end of the inspection. A verbal report is given at the conclusion of each inspection and an easily understandable written report along with detailed pictures explaining possible problems is provided within one to two business days. Serious problems can be faxed or E-mailed to the Buyer or the Buyers' Attorney on the day of the inspection, if requested.
