Deepdale Building Inspections, Inc. owned by Michael Diesu, CRI and Atlantic Home Inspection, Inc, owned by John Zito, CRI have merged in order to transfer all accounts to Atlantic Home Inspection, Inc. in anticipation of Michael Diesu's plan for retirement. At the present time both Michael and John will be active providing service to the home buyer. Michael and John have completed over 20,000 successful residential and commercial inspections.

We will perform inspections on new homes prior to the expiration of the one-year warranty and guarantee provided by the builder and manufacturer. We will answer any and all questions the potential buyer will ask before, during and after the inspection is complete.

Michael Diesu and John Zito provide the buyer with the expertise gained from 40 years of residential and commercial building inspections. In addition, they have the required Engineering and Home Inspection knowledge obtained by attending various colleges in New York and London.

Both John & Mike are Certified Real Estate Inspectors, fully insured by FREA and recognized by the National Association of Home Inspectors.
